How long does Shipping take?

Once all orders are paid for and cleared, the packaging and dispatching of orders is approximately 3-5 days. Perspex orders are custom made and may take up to 6 weeks. If we are out of stock on items, you will be notified and your order will be delayed until the product is restocked once again.

Courier collect Monday to Friday and orders should be delivered within 2-5 working days depending on where you are based. Unfortunately, we have no control over the efficiency of courier, nor can we advise a specific time or day to deliver. We usually provide guidelines to how long a package may take (see below) but we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. So, it’s usually best to plan your purchases with a few days extra in mind,especially if you do not live in a main city.

Durban: 2-4 days
Johannesburg: 2-4 days
Cape Town: 2-5 days
Outlying areas may take up to 7 days.

Perspex and/or Personalised orders can take up to 6 weeks

If you are not home to sign for the package, you are most welcome to provide a work or alternate address. Just drop us an WhatsApp message at your earliest convenience and we can arrange accordingly, please notify us on 060 526 1974

How is my order packaged?

All items are packaged in boxes or flyers. They are carefully packed and wrapped as they are delicate and need to be protected at all times during transit. 

My order has not arrived yet. What can I do?

You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you.

 How do I know if my order has gone through?

You will receive an email to confirm that you have made a purchase as well as an order summary. You will also be notified via email once your order has been dispatched with the relevant tracking number.

What is insured courier?

Insured courier will cover you against any unexpected damages, losses or theft of your order

Do you allow exchanges or refunds?

Yes, in the event that you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days upon receipt of the item to return or exchange it. For more information please see our refund policy

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

How do I return my purchase?

There are no returns or refunds on personalised items

How long do I have to return my purchase?

You have 14 days to return your order. This means that within 14 days of receiving your delivery you have to submit a return request on the website.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We will process your return within 5 working days of receiving it. We will send you an email to confirm how you would like to be refunded.

Do I pay the return shipping charge?

Yes, when you return something you have to cover the delivery costs..

What reasons are allowed for returns?

As long as you return the item in its original state and packaging with all the labels attached, you can return it for any reason.

All those who confirm and place an order are bound by the terms and conditions. Once purchased, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these T's & C's.
